COUNTY COURTS OF LAW, DISTRICT COURT, COURT OF APPEALS & FEDERAL COURT CASES:
$100.00 PER PARTY, FOR HALF-DAY MEDIATION (4 hours or less)
$150.00 PER PARTY, FOR FULL-DAY MEDIATION (over 4 hours)

SETTLEMENT WEEK CASES:
$ 50.00 PER PARTY, FOR HALF-DAY MEDIATION (4 hours or less)

JUSTICE COURT CASES:
$ 25.00 PER PARTY, FOR HALF-DAY MEDIATION (4 hours or less)

CASES NOT IN LITIGATION:

COMMUNITY REFERRALS AND CASES NOT IN LITIGATION:
$ 25.00 PER PARTY, FOR HALF-DAY MEDIATION (4 hours or less)

RESCHEDULING FEES AND SURCHARGES:

A rescheduling fee of may be assessed to any party requesting rescheduling of a scheduled mediation.

Court cases pending in counties other than McLennan County will be assessed a surcharged of $100.00 per party.

A surcharge may be assessed on cases were the amount in controversy exceeds $50,000 and/or the complexity of the case warrants assessment of such a surcharge.

WAIVER/REDUCTION OF FEES:

Scheduling fees may be waived or reduced on McLennan County cases referred by criminal courts, the Office of the District Attorney, the juvenile authorities, the Sheriff’s Department, the Police Department and legal aid.

Scheduling Fees may be waived or reduced for any party who can certify to the Executive Director an inability to pay the full Scheduling Fee.
